My new pizza oven is a work of art! It’s quite simply the most gorgeous thing in my garden and I can’t wait to use it! Ordering, delivery and set up were done with ease by Pawel and I am beyond grateful.

Our Pizza oven is going like a champion, I would have to say, its the best piece of outdoor cooking kit I’ve ever bought. It did exactly what you said right from first attempt. ... I’m very impressed with the product and finish – no rust runoff from the paint, its perfect. All in all we are absolutely thrilled with the oven and love it, my poor old grill hasn’t had any use since we got the oven.

  • Lightweight metal pizza ovens

They can heat quickly for high-temperature cooking, but with less thermal mass they generally lose stored heat more quickly once the fire reduces.

  • Traditional masonry ovens

They can store a large amount of heat, but are typically built brick by brick and require more planning, materials and masonry work.

  • Pizza Oven Club

A refractory dome and cooking floor provide thermal mass, insulation helps retain the heat, and the main components arrive prefabricated as one complete oven system.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between the finished oven and the DIY kit?

Both use the same core oven system. The finished oven is assembled and completed for you, while the DIY kit includes the prefabricated components, materials, instructions and support to build and finish the oven yourself.

Do I need building experience to assemble the DIY kit?

No specialist masonry skills are required. The components are prefabricated and designed to fit together in a clear sequence. Basic DIY skills are helpful, and you can build it yourself, make it a project with family or friends, or involve your own builder.

How long does the DIY oven take to build?

Allow 15–20 hours of hands-on assembly for one person, normally spread over several stages so bonding and finishing materials can set properly. Positioning the approximately 200 kg base is a separate task that requires suitable help or lifting equipment.

Is it only for cooking pizza?

Not at all. Start with pizza, then use the retained heat for bread, roasting and up to 18 hours of slow cooking from one firing.

Where are the ovens made?

We make the main oven components in small batches at our Landsborough workshop on the Sunshine Coast.

Can I collect my oven or have it delivered?

Yes. Factory collection is available from Landsborough, and delivery can be arranged depending on your location, oven type and site access.

Can I see the oven before I buy?

Yes. Workshop visits are available by appointment. You can see the ovens and construction in person and discuss the ready-made and DIY options before you order.
