Your Delivery Options
Fixed-rate Oven Delivery — SE Queensland
For eligible postcodes, oven freight is charged at checkout: Sunshine Coast A$199, Brisbane Metro A$259, or Regional QLD A$309 (incl. GST).
Standard-access freight does not include moving the oven around your property, placing it on a stand, or installation. We will confirm practical unloading arrangements before dispatch.
Other Australian Destinations — Freight Quote After Purchase
Freight is not free and is not included in the oven purchase price. You can purchase your oven online and choose “Delivery quote to follow — freight not included”. The checkout may display A$0 or “FREE” for shipping because no freight is charged at that stage.
We will contact you with a separate freight quote. Transport is booked only after you approve and pay that freight cost. Depot collection may be available depending on destination and carrier.
Small Accessories — A$35.95 Australia-wide
Flat-rate parcel delivery is available at checkout for smaller accessory orders, such as the Stainless Steel Fire Separator and Pizza Oven Tool Set. These rates are separate from pallet freight for ovens.
Free Workshop Collection — Landsborough
Collect by appointment from Unit 3, 18 Lenco Crescent, Landsborough QLD 4550. Bring a suitable vehicle and confirm loading arrangements with us beforehand.
Delivery Access & Additional Charges
Our delivery prices are based on standard truck access and a suitable ground-level unloading area.
Before arranging delivery, we may check access using Google Maps or ask you for more information. Steep driveways, gravel surfaces, narrow access roads or other difficult conditions may require a different delivery arrangement and an additional charge.
If the carrier cannot complete a delivery due to restricted access, a locked gate or other site conditions, additional carrier charges may apply.
Not sure about access to your property? Just get in touch. We're happy to talk through your options and help work out the best way to get your pizza oven delivered. It's always easier to sort these things out before you order.
How Delivery Works
Eligible SE Queensland addresses receive a fixed oven freight rate; small accessory orders receive a flat parcel rate.
Outside fixed-rate areas, pay for the oven first. We will then contact you with a separate delivery quote for approval and payment.
Once the relevant freight terms and payment are agreed and your order is ready, we arrange dispatch or workshop collection.
